What we collect

When you order, we ask for your name, email, a WhatsApp number or LINE ID if you choose one, your delivery address and map link, any allergies you tell us about, and anything you add in the notes.

We also keep a record of what you ordered, what it cost and whether it has been paid.

If you tell us how your meals were, we keep your scores and comments with your order.

We count how many times each page is opened, and roughly where visitors came from, such as a search engine. This uses no cookies and keeps nothing that identifies you.

Why we collect it

To prepare and deliver your meals, to contact you about your order, and to keep you safe if you have an allergy.

If you tick the box for offers, we also use your email to send you the weekly menu and offers. You can stop these at any time.

Who sees it

Only the Meal Prep Chiang Mai team: the people who cook, pack and deliver your order.

We use trusted services to run this website and store orders securely. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

For as long as you order from us, and for the period the law requires us to keep business records after that.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email customersupport@mealprepchiangmai.com or message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
